Mr. Alwaleed Alakrash is currently the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Engineering Affairs. He held several positions before assuming his current role, where he was appointed as Executive Vice President for Programs and Projects at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City in 2017, and he was assigned as the Project Manager for Riyadh Metro Project in 2014. He was also appointed Director of the Integrated Development Projects Implementation Department at Riyadh Development Authority in 2010 and was a project manager in the Projects Implementation Department back in 2003. Alwaleed obtained many training certificates from inside and outside the Kingdom, and he holds a master's degree in civil engineering in 1993.
