Mr. Baker AlMuhanna holds a degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He served at Deutsche Bank AG, covering M&A , ECM and Structured products in the MENA region. He also held the position of Director of Investments at King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy and then served as an Associate Director of Investments at the Saudi Industrial Investment Company. He is currently a Director of investments at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), heading the Logistics and Transportation investments in the MENA region. Bakr serves as a Board member in a number of both local and international companies, including:

− Almadinah Heritage Company,
